串流主機及串流網址設定錯誤，應設定為 https://stream.moodle.com.tw/ ，而非 http://stream.moodle.com.tw/ 。

請以管理員身份進入Moodle, 網站管理 > 外掛 > 倉儲 > 串流影片, 重新設定即可。
