  • Function for admin

  • Admin can create the training plan and add courses into one training plan.

  • The training plan can be assigned to the institution, department or specific member.

  • Type in the name and description to add a new training plan.

  • According to the training demand of enterprise, manager can add several training plans.

  • Adding Courses

  • According to the enterprise internal training plan, administrator can adding courses to the plan.

  • Assigning to Department / Institution / Member

  • Assigning the training plan to department, institution or specific member and training. (All the members of the selected department or institution will join the training. )

  • Course Selection Synchronization

  • When you finish adding courses and members, return to the list of training plans.

  • Contents of training plan

  • You can see the whole contents of the training plan, including the courses, assigned department, institution title and specific members.

  • Training Plans Report

  • All the plans will be listed on the page.

  • Click ‘Learning situation’ to know the learning situation of each users.

  • If you want to review the specific user’s complete status, click ‘Complete Rate’.

  • You’ll see the details of the user’s complete status.

  • The reports can be downloading in excel format.

  • Personal Dashboard

  • The assigned members can see the personal training plan in the dashboard.
